SoVeryAPT now offer a Google Apps setup service.  This is available to both existing clients and new clients alike.  Quite simply, it takes the hassle out of setting up Google Apps to work in conjunction with your website and allows you to take advantage of Google’s “Cloud” Service in a fully immersed sense.

There are a few options for taking advantage of this new service depending on your current interaction with SoVeryAPT.

For existing web site or web hosting clients of SoVeryAPT there is a small one-off set up fee of £25.
For this you will get a free Google Apps Account set up on your behalf which can include up to 9 users (Google Apps Free allows 10 users, however one will be taken up with a SoVeryAPT Admin Login for future assistance if you need it).  This will include all the required changes to your DNS and MX entries on your domain (providing that you host on the SoVeryAPT Servers. If you are a client of ours that hosts on other servers, there may be a small additional charge of £10 – £20 depending on your host and the availability of the functions to make the changes).  You will then be given login details and setup instructions for the various mail clients that you may use.

For existing non-web clients of SoVeryAPT there will be a small one-off set up fee of £45.
For this you will get the same service as above, but it already includes the additional charge for working with your own web hosts control panel.

If you are not currently a client of SoVeryAPT, please get in touch for pricing details.  Prices for non clients start at £50 and include the same service as above, but depending on your companies needs, other charges may be involved.

If your organisation requires more accounts than the 10 that are available with the Free Google Apps, then Google offer paid for versions where you can have more users in your organisation and gain access to more space, have uptime guarantees and much more besides.  Prices start at $50 / user / year.  SoVeryAPT are able to assist you in the setup process for a paid for Google Apps account, however this does involve a higher charge as there are more things to consider within the setup.  Also, with a paid for solution, SoVeryAPT would not be able to hold an administrative account on your Google Apps without you incurring a charge for the additional user account.  Therefore, if you opt for this method, we would give you the choice of whether you wish for us to hold an administrative account or, alternatively, if you would rather us use your own administrative account that we set up if we need to do further work on the Google Apps for you.  For pricing on a paid solution, drop us a line.
